“The focus of these classes is a good and fun workout for those who loves to dance.
You can expect a training that touches upon different dance styles inspired by various dance movies that have been released over the years.
Fame, Center stage, Step up and Honey were some of my favorites movies as a child, which I still enjoy watching today. There will be a good mix of fun steps from various films and my own choreographies.
The class will start with a good warm-up, based on classical ballet and yoga, go over to across floor exercises, and finish off with choreography. The goal is to have fun and dance to good music.”
